About the Internship

JobsTanzania is looking for a motivated Content Creation Intern to support the sourcing, preparation, publication and promotion of internship opportunities in Tanzania.

The intern will search for legitimate internship opportunities, create employer profiles, prepare standardized listings, develop branded posters and short videos, publish content on the JobsTanzania platform, and distribute opportunities through LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

This opportunity is designed to develop the successful candidate into a capable Content Creation Specialist with practical experience in digital recruitment, artificial intelligence-assisted content creation, employer branding, social media communication and online community management.

Key Responsibilities

Internship Opportunity Research

• Search daily for internship opportunities in Tanzania.
• Use LinkedIn Boolean search, Google Jobs, Google Search and credible employer or institution websites.
• Prioritize original vacancy sources published by employers and recognized organizations.
• Confirm that each opportunity is legitimate and active before publishing.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete or expired internship advertisements. 

Opportunity Verification

• Confirm the employer’s name, location, application email or official application link.
• Check the application deadline before publishing.
• Retain the original vacancy source for verification.
• Open and test every application link before publishing.
• Report suspicious advertisements, payment requests, missing information or broken links to the platform lead. 

Employer Account Creation

• Create or update employer profiles on the JobsTanzania platform.
• Enter the correct company name, location, employer email and available company information.
• Ensure that an employer email is available before creating the company account.
• Search for and use the employer’s official logo.
• Upload a clean, correctly sized and professional company logo.
• Avoid creating or altering an employer’s identity when the official logo cannot be verified. 

Internship Listing Creation

• Convert internship advertisements supplied as images, PDFs, screenshots or text into the approved JobsTanzania format.
• Use the approved JobsTanzania Internship Post Generator prompt.
• Create clear, accurate and student-friendly internship descriptions.
• Organize responsibilities and requirements into readable bullet points.
• Include the correct employer, position, location, deadline and application instructions.
• Review all AI-generated content against the original advertisement.
• Never invent salary, stipend, duration, qualifications, deadlines or application details.

Website Publishing

• Log in to the JobsTanzania administration platform.
• Create or select the correct employer profile.
• Complete the internship title, field, location, duration, available slots, stipend and description fields using verified information.
• Publish approved internship opportunities on the JobsTanzania website.
• Open the published listing and confirm that it displays correctly.
• Test the JobsTanzania listing link and the employer’s application link before sharing. 

Social Media Content Creation

• Create concise WhatsApp messages for published internship opportunities.
• Prepare professional LinkedIn captions with relevant hashtags.
• Create JobsTanzania-branded internship posters using Canva or other approved tools.
• Produce one or two short video clips when assigned, based on internship or career-development topics.
• Ensure posters, captions and videos follow the JobsTanzania brand standards.
• Keep social media content clear, accurate, professional and mobile-friendly.
