Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Have at least six months of internship experience.
• Previous experience with a non-governmental organisation or a related industry will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate good organisational, clerical, and communication skills.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HR database within the organisation’s portal.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Manager.
• Support recruitment, employee engagement, leave management, and performance management activities.
• Assist the HR unit in implementing other Human Resources functions.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
