Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Officer role based in Bububu. The Administrative Officer will oversee daily office operations, maintain office records, and manage communication channels. The role includes providing administrative assistance, optimizing organizational processes, and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and professional office management to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently within deadlines
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the natural cosmetics or food production industry is a plus
