Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's finance and accounting function.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Oversee accounting operations and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Strengthen and maintain internal control systems.
- Manage cash flow, financial risk, and working capital requirements.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate audit activities and implement audit recommendations.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
- Proven experience in a management or senior finance position.
- Strong experience in an auditing firm is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in an ICT or technology company is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience managing financial operations and leading finance teams.
