1️⃣ Earth Construction Manager (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage earthwork operations (excavation, backfilling, transport)
- Supervise workforce productivity and discipline
- Coordinate equipment (excavators, trucks) for optimal utilization
- Control project costs and optimize execution
- Liaise with clients and consultants for approvals and inspections
- Enforce safety standards on site
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in earthworks or site operations
- Strong planning, cost control, and team management skills
- Proven ability to manage equipment allocation and site efficiency
2️⃣ Legal Affairs Manager (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents
- Handle legal matters and support management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB preferred)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
- Valid Advocate License (mandatory)
3️⃣ Dispatcher (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Logistics or Transport Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
4️⃣ Business Supervisor (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Implement strategies and monitor performance
- Support business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
