General Requirements
- Must be a Tanzanian national.
- Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with proven technical leadership and management experience.
- Strong knowledge of equipment, machinery, maintenance and workshop operations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams and managers.
- Strong administration, planning, reporting and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of technical sales, customer solutions and commercial operations.
- Strong customer-service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in construction, mining, industrial or heavy equipment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HSE, ISO standards and service-performance management is an advantage.
