We are recruiting a highly experience Civil Engineer to take strategic leadership of our design functions and oversee delivery of complex infrastructures projects. This role is suited for professional with a strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, driving technical excellence, and managing high-value projects.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
You will provide technical direction across all design activities, ensure robust project execution and serve as a key interface with clients, regulators and senior stakeholders. The position requires both high level engineering judgement and strong industry awareness.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; master’s degree or higher is preferred.
· Minimum 10-15+ years’ experience in Civil engineering design and project delivery.
· Demonstrated leadership of large or complex projects and design teams.
· Strong command of international design standards and advanced engineering tools
· Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially sound outcomes
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
· Registration as a Professional Engineer or equivalent is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
· Carryout Designs and Design reviews
· Lead Design Teams including developing technical strategies
· Direct project planning, resource allocation, and delivery performance
· Build and lead a high- performing engineering team
· Liaise with clients and stakeholders on matters related to assignments.
