Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities and workflows
- Monitor machinery, equipment, and staff performance for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Enforce quality control standards across production processes
- Lead and manage production teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement architectural and technical drawings
- Experience in modular structure production is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of production safety standards and quality control
- Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools
