Role Overview

We are seeking a competent and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, manage tenant relationships, and ensure efficient rent collection and property maintenance. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties
• Manage tenant relations, including inquiries and issue resolution
• Ensure timely rent collection and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Monitor property performance and report on financials

Requirements
