About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead key client accounts, drive sales strategy, and ensure successful delivery of large‑scale projects. This role is suited for a results‑driven leader with strong commercial acumen, relationship‑building skills, and experience managing high‑performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic client accounts to ensure long‑term relationships
- Develop and execute account management and sales strategies
- Oversee delivery of projects to ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and motivate account management and sales teams
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams on large‑scale logistics and construction projects
- Identify growth opportunities, upselling, and new business prospects
- Monitor performance against targets and business objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and senior management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and Sales leadership
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities
- Experience in project management, delivering complex projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and strategic thinking ability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- Prior experience in the logistics or construction industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on‑site environment
