Facilities Management Officer

Maintain reliable mechanical, electrical and power systems. This Corporate Services role is based at Head Office and reports to the Head of Corporate Services.

• Coordinate maintenance of elevators, generators, transformers and other equipment; raise repair and purchase requests.
• Manage vendor performance against service agreements and renew leases and service contracts.
• Support clean office and ATM premises, functioning air conditioning, stocked stores and the purchase of stationery and assets.
• Control generator fuel cards and maintain accurate logbooks.

Qualifications and capabilities

Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience. The role requires technical knowledge, facilities and logistics management, analytical thinking, problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bank Teller

Handle cash and cheque transactions accurately while providing efficient service at teller points. Reports to the Customer Service Manager.

• Process and post cash and cheque payments promptly and accurately.
• Balance transactions each day and provide dependable counter service.
• Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and capabilities

A degree at Second Class Lower level or equivalent from an accredited university. At least five O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English, obtained within two sittings. Knowledge of banking procedures and basic accounting, IT skills, attention to detail and customer service orientation are required.

Performance is assessed through transaction speed, service quality, processing errors and cash shortages or surpluses.

Customer Service Officer

Support new and existing customers, maintain complete account records and explain banking products clearly. Reports to the Customer Service Manager.

• Review account-opening documents, open accounts promptly and maintain accurate transaction registers.
• Handle cheque-book and card requests, standing instructions, statements, reference letters and dormant-account reactivation.
• Meet service turnaround standards, maintain records controls and prevent processing errors or fraud.
• Promote suitable banking products, remittance services and digital banking adoption.

Qualifications and capabilities

A degree at Second Class Lower level or equivalent from an accredited university, plus five O-Level credits including Mathematics and English within two sittings. Strong customer service, communication, selling, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required, alongside integrity and knowledge of banking operations, products and regulatory risks.
