Key Responsibilities
Plant Facility & Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, facility upkeep, and cleanliness across administrative zones, extrusion lines, printing bays, and storage areas.
- Manage scheduling and tracking of corporate vehicles and staff transport arrangements.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, safety equipment, and factory consumables.
- Coordinate utility consumption including electricity, water, generators, and related facility services.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Support procurement processes and vendor relationship management.
- Raise purchase requisitions and follow up purchase orders.
- Verify procurement documentation and supplier invoices.
- Assist internal departments with local purchase requirements.
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain employee records for both permanent and temporary staff.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Support induction programmes and orientation processes.
- Administer leave records, attendance records, and workforce documentation.
- Assist with disciplinary and employee relations documentation where required.
Recruitment & Compliance Support
- Support recruitment and selection activities.
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication.
- Maintain compliance records and employment documentation.
- Assist with labour law and organizational policy compliance activities.
Health, Safety & Environmental Support
- Support implementation of workplace health and safety standards.
- Coordinate safety-related documentation and reporting.
- Assist with employee welfare and workplace engagement initiatives.
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Administration Management, or a related role.
- Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments is an added advantage.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for administrative tracking and reporting.
- Experience using HRIS, ERP systems, or administrative management systems is desirable.
- Strong document management and record-keeping skills.
