About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Operations Manager to lead and optimise our transport operations. The role focuses on fleet management, cost control, timely deliveries, and driving high operational efficiency across our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day transport operations and dispatch planning

•Oversee fleet performance, maintenance, and utilisation

•Coordinate cargo movement across port, CFS, and inland transport

•Supervise drivers, subcontractors, and the transport team

•Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

•Monitor KPIs including operational efficiency (≥95%), cost efficiency, fleet uptime, and revenue targets

Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport or logistics operations

•Strong knowledge of fleet management

•Experience in container transport and/or port operations (preferred)

•Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting

•Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
